v0 pricing starts with a free plan, then Plus at $30 a user a month, then Business at $100 a user a month, with Enterprise priced by an account executive. v0 is Vercel’s AI app builder, and every plan spends a monthly allowance of credits, which meter the AI model that plans, builds and edits your app. We read every figure on 27 September 2026, on v0’s pricing page and pricing docs and on Vercel’s own pricing page.

v0 pricing plans

The plans differ in credits, in what a team can share, and in a handful of controls.

v0 bills every paid plan by the month, with no yearly discount published. Its docs also list a fifth plan, Premium at $20 a month with $20 of monthly credit, but it’s being sunset and isn’t offered to new users, so it no longer appears on the pricing page’s own cards.

What a v0 credit buys

A v0 credit buys tokens, the units v0 counts for your prompt and its reply. v0’s docs say it also counts your chat history, source files and Vercel-specific knowledge as input, so a longer-running project can cost more per message even when you type the same thing. How many tokens a credit buys depends on the model you pick, from $0.20 per million input tokens on v0 Mini to $10 on v0 Max Fast, so a pricier model burns through your balance faster. v0 shows each model’s rate when you hover it in the model selector. On the Free plan, you also stop at 7 messages a day, however much of the $5 is left.

Credits work like a prepaid balance. Every generation draws it down, and once it hits zero, generation pauses until your next reset or a top-up. On a paid plan, unused monthly credits roll over to your next billing cycle, but expire after 65 days. On Plus, Business and Enterprise, credits you buy on top land in a Shared Credit Pool. The whole team draws from it once each member’s own monthly credit is gone, and it stays usable for a year after you buy it.

What hosting a v0 app on Vercel costs

Hosting is a separate bill from Vercel, not part of your v0 credits. v0’s FAQ says that although you sign in with your Vercel account, v0 “is not included in your Vercel Hobby, Pro, or Enterprise subscription”. v0 deploys your app straight to Vercel, with a stable production URL on a vercel.app address or a custom domain of your own.

Vercel’s Hobby plan is free, with 100GB of fast data transfer and 1 million function invocations a month. Pro is $20 a month, which includes $20 of usage credit and bills usage past it, with function invocations starting at $0.60 a million. Vercel’s fair use guidelines limit Hobby to non-commercial personal use, so an app that sells something or takes payments needs Pro.

What a real v0 app costs

These are three stages in the life of one app, from a first prototype to a team building together, using v0’s own credit and message figures alongside Vercel’s own hosting prices.

The last row is $60 for two Plus seats plus $20 for Vercel Pro, with one of you deploying. Vercel Pro includes one developer seat, so if you both deploy, the second seat takes it to $100 a month. A pricier model in the picker, or a long-running project with a lot of context, can burn through a seat’s credit before the month is out.

What a launched v0 app still needs

v0’s job ends at the deploy. Once the app is live on Vercel, v0’s docs point you to Vercel’s Web Analytics to count your traffic, but no v0 plan answers the people who land on the app.
