Questions about chat transcripts
No. The free plan can export too.
Not as a file from Deacon. When you reply to someone who left their email and they don’t read it in the chat, the first email they get carries the whole conversation so far. They can also open the chat again from Recent chats, in the same browser, for 30 days. To send everyone a copy, a webhook carries the whole chat when it ends, so your code can email it to them.
Yes. Through Deacon’s MCP server, Claude Code or Codex can search your chats and read any one in full.
A very long chat keeps its newest lines and says so in the file. Files people sent appear by name, not the files themselves.
