Fathom Analytics has no free plan. Its cheapest tier is $15 a month, or $150 a year ($12.50 a month), for up to 100,000 page views a month across 50 sites, and the price climbs from there as your traffic does. This page is about Fathom Analytics, the website analytics tool at usefathom.com, not the meeting-notes app that shares its name. Every figure below is read on Fathom Analytics' pricing page on 25 September 2026.
Deacon is ours. It's an AI customer support agent for founders who answer support themselves. It answers your customers from your own docs in seconds, and there's a free plan that needs no card.

Every plan has the same features. There's no cheaper tier to lose access from, no gate on team members and no separate plan for funnels, because Fathom Analytics doesn't have funnels at all. What its pricing page lists as included on every plan: 100% data ownership, unlimited email reports, your full analytics history for as long as you're subscribed, and unlimited CSV exports. The price keeps climbing in the same pattern up to $470 a month at 25 million page views, past which Fathom Analytics prices high traffic separately.
What counts towards your Fathom Analytics limit, and what happens past it
Custom events, including ones sent through its API, count towards the same monthly allowance as page views, by Fathom Analytics' own pricing page. An occasional spike doesn't stop your analytics or charge you extra. A sustained overage gets you an email asking you to upgrade, which you approve yourself, and an unresolved one can restrict your dashboard and API access while collection carries on behind it. Stay under your tier for two months running and you can move down a plan yourself, unless you're already on the smallest one.
The 7-day trial
Fathom Analytics has no free plan. Its trial runs 7 days and needs a card up front, and billing starts automatically when the trial ends unless you cancel first.
What a small SaaS site pays on Fathom Analytics
A site with 10,000 page views a month and one with 100,000 pay the same $15 a month, or $150 a year, because Fathom Analytics' cheapest tier already covers up to 100,000 and there's nothing smaller under it. Cross that line and the next tier, up to 200,000, is $25 a month or $250 a year. A UTM builder tags your links so you can see which one brought the visit, on Fathom Analytics or on Deacon.
Deacon alongside Fathom Analytics
Fathom Analytics counts visitors and nothing else. Deacon does that too, from the same script that answers your customers, so a founder who handles their own support doesn't add a second tool. Website visitor tracking covers visitors, sources, goals and funnels, alongside analytics on the questions people ask, such as the share Deacon answers and the page where visitors get stuck.
Every feature is on every Deacon plan, the free one included. Free is 50 answers a month and one seat, with no card and no end date. Starter is $50 a month, or $40 a month billed yearly, for 1,000 answers a month and 3 seats. Growth is $150 a month, or $120 a month billed yearly, for 4,000 answers a month and 10 seats. Deacon has goals and funnels on every plan, which Fathom Analytics doesn't offer at any price, but it doesn't put 50 sites on one bill the way Fathom Analytics does. It's built around one team's own site, not an agency running fifty.
If you're weighing Fathom Analytics against another privacy-first tool, Plausible pricing reads the same way, or website analytics tools narrows a longer list down to fit. Google Analytics alternatives sets ten of them side by side.
Questions about Fathom Analytics pricing
Does Fathom Analytics have a free plan?
No. It offers a 7-day trial that needs a card, and every account after that is paid, starting at $15 a month.
Is Fathom Analytics the same as the meeting-notes app called Fathom?
No, they're unrelated products that happen to share a name. This page is about Fathom Analytics, the website analytics tool at usefathom.com.
What happens if I go over my Fathom Analytics page view limit?
An occasional spike does nothing. A sustained overage gets you an email asking you to upgrade, and if you don't, your dashboard and API access can be restricted while Fathom Analytics keeps collecting your data behind it.
Does Fathom Analytics charge for extra sites?
Every plan includes at least 50. Past that, extra sites come in packs of 50 for $10 a month or $100 a year, and Fathom Analytics asks you to get in touch past 750 extra sites.
Does Deacon replace Fathom Analytics?
Not for a site that wants visitor counts across many domains on one bill. Deacon's website analytics covers visitors, sources, goals and funnels for one team's site, from the same script that answers your customers, but it doesn't bundle 50 sites the way Fathom Analytics does.
